They graduated from the School-Studio of Moscow Art Academic Theatre in 1970, collaborated with musical theaters in Novosibirsk, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk, Sverdlovsk, Leningrad, Odessa, Minsk, Sofia and many other cities. They have designed more than a hundred operas, ballets and operettas. Tatiana Tulubyeva and Igor Nezhny are the artists and directors of all the shows of the "Russian Ballet" theater. In 1995 they designed the decorations and costumes for the ballet «The Final Tango» by A. Piazzolla in the choreography of V. Gordeyev, for scenes in the Bolshoi Theater of Russia. At that time, they were awarded the Prize of the government of Moscow in the field of culture. They have been members of the Union of Russian Artists since 1972. Tatiana and Igor are constant participants of Moscow and other Russian exhibitions. The works of Tatiana Tulubieva and Igor Nezhny can be found in various museums in Russia; at Bakhrushin Theatrical Museum, at Tchaikovsky museums in Klin and Votkinsk and in the private collections of Russia and Italy.
Since 1996 they have been the star artists of the "Helikon-Opera" Theater, where they have worked the premieres of more than 25 shows. In July of 2000 they were given the titles of "Honoured Artists of Russia".
